build up.

Do not deny the heaviness of your heart.
If it is pain
or anger
or sadness
or hurt
you feel,
then feel it and release it.
Never let it build up so much
where it threatens your very existence.

  1. This is so important for so many people. For many, speaking up is hard, and in regards to mental health it can be even harder. There’s such a stigma attached that so many people feel alone and like no one would understand them. And it builds and builds until it eats away at yourself and you’re left in a dangerous spot. Great writing, love the blog. Keep it up!
